How to Help

The eight agencies in the FASSTT network are membership organisations, with community boards of management, donor support and volunteer activities.

Contact the service in your state or territory to become a member, volunteer to help out, or make a donation.

Here are some examples of the voluntary activities in different FASSTT agencies:

  • Committees of Management
  • Project Reference and Working Groups
  • Administration
  • Massage and physiotherapy for torture-related injuries and reactions
  • Assisting with activities for refugees
  • Home tutor programs for those seeking asylum in Australia

FASSTT agencies are funded through a number of sources including government, philanthropic trusts and individuals.
